We received lots of feedback from our guests and they all had agreat time (in spite of the catering faux pas), thought the ceremony was beautiful, and thought both cakes were exceptional. A few people thought the coconut layer was the best they ever had.

I had just moved from NC to the New Orleans area, knew no one and nothing about weddings, and had about two months to put together a wedding for ~200 out-of-state family and friends. Geri not only did it in six weeks, but we pulled off the nicest wedding that our families have seen in decades. Geri knew everybody--photographers, florists, event sites, caterers, bakeries, hotels, hair & makeup people, etc. etc. --and everybody knew her. Her reputation in this community is excellent. She is professional, effective, tough when necessary and a pleasure to work with. She offered great advice, great ideas and even graciously handled the problematic future mother-in-law.
