G. Simpson and Associates is owned and operated by Geri Simpson who has been in the Hospitality, wedding/event planning business over 30 years. She has been in almost every phase of it, catering, sales, consultant, restaurant owner, decorator, fashion designer, floral designer. She has practised her skills in Los Angeles, the US Virgin Islands as well as in New Orleans.
She is certified in many areas and has coordinated many weddings and corporate events for several prestigious clients, and is a member of the prestigious Association For Wedding Professionals International. References are available upon request.

Geri is also the Research and Development Director for the Organization Friends of Culture, producers of the annual New Orleans based Bayou Bacchanal (a West Indian Carnival)
